Depending on the environmental factors at your location, we recommend booking a service in, or before, October and April, prior to the change of seasons to confirm that your systems are in good working order and operating efficiently. For a system that is not used often throughout the year, we would suggest a minimum of every 12 months. We also recommend an in-depth coil clean every 24 months. Whilst air filters can be removed easily and cleaned by the homeowner, there are other components that need to be regularly checked, such as refrigerant, cooling coils, condensing unit, drip trays and drains to ensure your system is distributing clean, healthy air and working smarter, not harder.   • Dirt, mould and other contaminants are then washed away with a high pressure cleaner. A specifically designed bag is attached to the system and ensures all water washed away and/or overflows from drain pan, is directed into the bag.

  • Internals of the unit are cleaned with high pressure cleaner.

  • External casings and other removable items are taken outside where they are degreased and cleaned, and dried.
